How we handle your information
This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. The only personal data we process is what you type into the enquiry form.

MS Agency, founded and run by Merete Søndermølle, is the data controller for personal data submitted through msagency.dk.

What we collect, and only when you send it
Nothing is collected while you read this site. If you fill in the enquiry form, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your store or brand, if you give one
- Which of the listed options describes you
- Whatever you write in the message field
The form also records the country your request came from, which our hosting provider derives from your network connection. Your IP address is seen by that provider in the course of serving the page, but it is not included in the enquiry we receive and we do not keep it.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use it to answer your enquiry and to carry on any business relationship that follows. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — and, where no contract follows, Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about representation or stocking the brands we carry.
We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share them for anyone else's purposes.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is not stored in a database. It is turned into an email, delivered to Merete's inbox, and lives there like any other message. A short confirmation is sent to you at the same time.

The site's code is kept on GitHub. No enquiry or personal data passes through it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in the mailbox for as long as they are useful to the relationship. Where no business relationship develops, we delete them after 24 months.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies, so there is no consent banner to dismiss. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you or following you to other sites.
The fonts are served from this site rather than from a font service, and there are no embedded maps, videos or social widgets. Loading a page here contacts no one but us.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to merete@msagency.dk and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be notified by email.
